Amanda Jones is an artist known for shaping feeling into language. Her words are distilled, intentional and quietly affecting. Until now, her work lived on canvas, paper and film. For the first time, it can be worn.
What drew us to Amanda was her philosophy as much as her art. She creates with purpose and play, moving through the world with clarity. “The thing I love about Nique is they are a design forward brand. Nothing is mindlessly replicated. A lot of thought has gone into every detail of their designs.”
For Nadia, our Creative Director, the connection was immediate. “I’ve been drawn to Amanda’s work for years. There’s a softness to her words, but also a depth, they make you stop, think and reflect.”
To honour Amanda’s work, we chose Circular Cotton as the foundation. Made from 100 percent Global Recycled Standard certified cotton, it is tactile, soft and responsible, the ideal canvas for art designed to be worn.
